  1. I see many people keep on speaking about Nobaskeron Secrets (just search it on google). But I'm uncertain if it is good. Have you ever tried this popular training program?

  2. Do this: find a baseball diamond, buy some hockey tape, use a small piece of tape somewhere on the baseball diamond fence, use it for aiming. The fence will slow down the pace of the ball on impact causing it to roll towards you slowly, so you can get more shots done in your day

  3. Mon Wed Fri Chest Biceps Triceps Abs +Hiit (20min)
Tue Thur Sat Shoulder Back Leg
    Sun jogging 40min
Workout is done at home by using dumbbell as i havent got the certificate to use machine in gym room.

I wanna in better shape (gaining some muscle , to be more physical) as well as losing fat at the same time.

    Please anyone gives some advice

  4. matt, if you search on youtube for 'douglas costa full workout', there's a video of his train where its only bodyweight stuff, for explosion, strenght, etc, which he does at home with his friend/personal trainer, no weights or machines… and I see you like doing strenght workouts at the gym, with heavy weight, etc… can you explain the difference between these two types of training? and which one gives more results?

  5. Great video again Matt! I like the drills you picked, but personally am more a fan of dynamic drills. Is there a reason you did not pick any drills where one of you checks in and makes a wall pass for example? I understand not both players can do this at the same time, but you could switch after 8 reps or something like that.
