  1. All sanders had was "catch up speed". Rice Beat him at the line every damn time. If the ball was released fast enough It's a touch down for Rice each time. Plus they didn't show the touch down Rice had on Sanders when Montana was the QB

  2. One of the greatest gifts the football gods had given the 49ers dynasty of the 80's and 90's was playing in a misaligned division with the Falcons and Saints. Not unlike another dynasty who plays the Jets and Bills twice a year.

  3. For all y'all people say somebody is else is better than deion you wrong, deion is the best cornerback of all time becuase you don’t get paid to tackle. Deion Sanders is the best cornerback in NFL history because of his lockdown man to man coverage ability. That is what Deion brought to the table. Quarterbacks knew what they were getting into when throwing to his side. Deion Sanders is a master of his class willing to go 1 on 1 with any superstar. Just ask Michael Irvin and Jerry Rice who hated going up against him, but loved having him on their team. There was no more exciting player to watch because his world class speed and killer instinct. When the ball is in the air Deion becomes the receiver running the route for the person he is covering. That ability goes beyond that as he played snaps at WR for the Falcons and Cowboys totalling for 784 yards and 3 touchdowns. But that’s not all! Deion is also one of the best kick returners in NFL history with even more impressive stats. Deion’s kick & punt return stats include 5722 yards and 9 return touchdowns. He is truly a legend of the NFL who can’t be ignored for the #1 spot. He didn’t bring the boom quite like guys like Woodson or Lane, but he brought an element to the cornerback position that has not been matched. I don’t think there will ever be another Deion Sanders
